Impurity/intermediate compounds synthesis and their characterizations using different spectroscopic (UV-Visible spectrophotometer, FT-IR, NMR) and integrated chromatographic techniques (HPLC and UPLC-MS/MS). We have the team for solid phase peptide synthesis for making peptides and peptidomimetics for various length (2-40 mer), custom syntheses up to the mg to gram scale. We also perform the protein or peptide labeling by fluorochrome (FITC, Aminomethylcoumarin, Alexa Fluor, p-Nitroanilide, Lissamine Rhodamine B, Cyanine, Indocarbocyanine, Indodicarbocyanine, Texas Red) or any modifications of custom peptides at their N-terminal or C-terminal as per the requirements.
